Not only does this provide us with redundancies in our supply chain in the event of crop failures, it enables us to broaden our supply abilities beyond one growing region to ensure uninterrupted access to specific fruit varieties. By sourcing fruit from multiple regions throughout the world, we’re also able to reduce storage expenditures and other expenses, which yield cost savings for our customers.

Based on the crop schedule, fruit bookings typically take place two to three months in advance of the harvest season.
